Blackie blended in seamlessly among the brawny men and fierce women of the Martial Arts Club.
Even though her perfect figure made her look like a stick compared to the club’s members, nobody dared to look down on her.
Because lately, Kurosaki had made a name for herself by helping Orange Sea Dream root out opposition—everyone on campus now called her [Old Mo].
The Senior Students of the Tea Party and the Senior Students of the Martial Arts Club were now working closely together.
Kurosaki, acting as the Tea Party’s martial enforcer, often mingled with these muscle-bound Magical Beast Apprentices.
At first, the proud and arrogant Martial Arts Club members clearly didn’t like Old Mo. And when you’re annoyed, you fight.
So, the result was, not a single Junior Grappling Cadre of the Martial Arts Club could beat Old Mo.
As for the Third Year Cadre, they had never lost—because they didn’t even dare spar with Kurosaki; if they lost, it would be a total loss of face.
Unlike the Tea Party, the Martial Arts Club valued pure strength; as long as your fists were hard enough, you’d earn respect here.
“Old Mo, they’re here. Make sure you show what you’ve got.” A tall, white-haired, black-skinned upperclassman approached Kurosaki and coldly advised her.
Her name was Luoluotang Mas, a core Third Year Cadre of the Martial Arts Club.
Kurosaki sat on the Main Entrance Steps, completely ignoring everyone else, her face relaxed and careless, eyes following the butterflies fluttering nearby.
But seeing her act so arrogantly only put the club members more at ease. Only the truly skilled could be this high and mighty.
Pa pa pa pa pa pa pa
Suddenly, killing intent filled the air.
Heavy footsteps echoed from a distance as a large group of lowerclassmen from the Tea Ceremony Society made their way down the path and stopped before the Martial Arts Club’s building.
Leading the group were two blonde beauties, one tall and one short—Lianjian and Yeqi.
“Damn it! You traitors again! Just seeing you pisses me off!” Muscle-bound, white-haired, black-skinned Luoluotang exploded in rage at the sight of the pair.
“Black-skinned bastard! Was it your hand that did it?” Lianjian’s little mouth opened wide as she roared.
“Don’t throw around accusations without proof.” Luoluotang feigned ignorance, laughing boisterously.
Lianjian clenched her teeth in hatred, her fists tightening. In the next instant, she sprang forward, transforming into a streak of golden lightning.
Luoluotang also launched herself in a spiral dash, intercepting Lianjian at lightning speed—no slower than a Golden Fang Beast.
After all, Lianjian was a member of the Main Character Group. Her strength was a given.
She was a Tank: all her stats—speed, strength, defense, Combat Skill, Combat Experience, Beast Instinct—were well-rounded, with no clear weaknesses.
Unless you were some Overpowered Legendary Magical Beast, you really couldn’t suppress a Golden Fang Beast.
The Golden Fang Beast Sisters were like Gate Guardians, living combat benchmarks. You had to at least overpower the two of them to count as a Legendary Magical Beast.
Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang!
But Luoluotang’s fighting power was nothing to scoff at.
She exchanged dozens of moves with Lianjian in a blink, fists and feet flying, evenly matched and thoroughly enjoying the fight. For now, there was no clear victor.
She was a Martial Arts Club senior, after all. Lianjian fighting her to a draw only showed her own Gate Guardian-level skill.
In the end, aside from the Big Main Character and the Big Antagonist, nobody could beat her. At best, you’d end in a stalemate.
But Luoluotang wasn’t the only Martial Arts Club cadre present—several other skilled cadres attacked from the sides, surrounding Lianjian to teach this “little brat” a lesson.
Dong! Dong!
But the larger sister, Yeqi, swiftly joined the fray.
She launched herself, stamping two deep prints into the ground, her double-fisted charge tearing through the battlefield like a bulldozer, fighting alongside her sister Lianjian against several Senior Students of the Martial Arts Club.
At this moment, the unique trait of the Lianjian-Yeqi sisters became clear: their teamwork was greater than the sum of their parts.
The sisters always had each other’s backs, their physical attributes and tactics perfectly complementing each other.
Elder sister Lianjian specialized in high-speed golden-claw attacks, skilled at hit-and-run and harassment; younger sister Yeqi focused on heavy punch output.
But in truth, the elder could switch to power, and the younger could suddenly burst with speed—unpredictable and hard to defend against.
As always, unless you’re the Big Main Character or the Big Antagonist, don’t dream of taking down the Golden Fang Beast Sisters.
Maybe they can’t beat you outright—the final spotlight will always be for the protagonist—but before that, no matter how many of you there are, the sisters will hold you off.
“Brothers, charge!”
“Teach these traitors a lesson!”
The other Magical Beast Apprentices were itching for action too.
No one knew who shouted first, but it was like lighting a fuse—both sides surged forward, and the whole thing escalated into a Hundred Person Brawl.
The classmates that the Golden Fang Beast Sisters brought were all Tea Ceremony Society members, and themselves combative Muscle Beast Apprentices.
There was no way they’d just stand by and watch.
Not only that, but a crowd of Eight Trigrams Onlookers had also gathered, skipping class to surround the Martial Arts Club building for a good show.
But Old Mo still didn’t move, just kept posing coolly on the steps by the entrance, guarding the Martial Arts Club’s door and not letting anyone through.
This was nothing worth her taking action…
Old Mo was always easygoing. If you didn’t provoke her, she usually wouldn’t seek trouble.
But her temper wasn’t mild—if you did provoke her, you’d get beaten so badly you’d end up in the Medical Room for at least a month.
The task Old Mo received was just to assist the Martial Arts Club; the Boss never said she had to help them fend off enemies.
No wonder the sisters’ battle philosophy was exactly the same as Baicheng’s—lie low whenever possible, never go all-out for outsiders, and excel at muddling through and committing Salary Fraud.
Bang bang! Bang bang! Bang bang!!
Tea Ceremony Society members were completely overwhelmed by the Martial Arts Club brothers, forced to cover their heads and flee, faces flushed, blood gushing from noses and mouths.
They were no match for the Senior Students; Blackie didn’t need to lift a finger.
Only the Golden Fang Beast Sisters could fight across ranks, but not everyone could do that.
After a few rounds, the Tea Ceremony Society members were lying on the ground, vomiting blood, unable to fight anymore.
But in the next moment, powerful reinforcements arrived for the Tea Ceremony Society!
It was Shijietang Simon herself, leading the charge with the elite of Classes One, Two, and Three, barging into the fray and rescuing the wounded.
“Yah! Yah!”
But the real powerhouse was Shijietang Simon!
Though she was clearly a Fire Magic Magician, she immediately dove into close combat with the Martial Arts Club members, her face black as charcoal, both hands blazing with Red Flame.
With each punch and strike, she took down a Senior Student, instantly tipping the balance.
Her hand-to-hand combat skills were absolutely top notch—much stronger than her magic.
Most Senior Student brawlers couldn’t last even three moves against her.
