Chapter 45: Words Against My Will

Traveling day and night, Luwei and her party returned to the Kares Territory in just half a day.

Gently laying the silver-haired girl down on the bed, Shuangsha and Shuangna looked at each other, not knowing if they should ask about the full story of their journey.

“Master?”

“Do you need us to stay with you?”

The two sat on the edge of the bed, their eyes filled with concern.

But Luwei, lying on the bed, simply turned her back silently and curled her body up slightly.

“No need…”

“You two can come back tomorrow. As for now… I want to be alone for a while.”
