Exactly twelve players remained, corresponding to the twelve identity cards left in the game.
If the Thief had taken a good alignment identity card, they could simply tell everyone which card was missing from the game to help everyone better judge who the Werewolves were.
If they did not speak up, it indicated a guilty conscience.
There was a high probability they had chosen to become a Werewolf, preventing another good alignment identity card from appearing in this game.
That abandoned identity card could be a Villager, or it could be a God Position card!
Ke Nan said quite a bit.
Some of the players present had played Werewolf Kill before, while others had not, but they all felt that what he said seemed to make sense, so they nodded along.
Unrivaled also thought it sounded reasonable, but he took a look around.
It seemed like Ke Nan was stealing the spotlight.
Wouldn’t this make his new boss, Big Brother Shiba Daye, lose face?
He immediately became displeased and jumped out, saying, “Dammit, who do you think you are, calling yourself Ke Nan!”
“Do you really think you’re the Death God Elementary Student!”
“My big brother Shiba Daye is the Village Chief now. We have to listen to him!”
Hearing this, Ke Nan looked at Unrivaled and pushed up his glasses.
“Mr. Unrivaled, your behavior from the start of the game until now has been very poor. Acting recklessly under the guise of finding wolves does not make you look like a good person.”
“However… based on my game experience, unless these actions are a deliberate performance, you are likely a good person card—and probably a Civilian Card at that.”
In short, a Werewolf with a normal brain could not pull off such an idiotic move!
But Unrivaled did not understand the deeper meaning of those words.
He froze for a moment, rubbed his yellow hair, and saw Ke Nan’s expression change.
After thinking it over, he turned his head toward Yi Mo and said, “Big Brother, I think this kid has a point. Look, should we take it as a reference?”
To be honest, although Unrivaled was a total suck-up, his sleazy, “go-with-the-flow” attitude was actually quite amusing.
Yi Mo looked at him.
He also felt that the man did not look like a Werewolf, but that did not stop him from feeling the urge to slap him when he saw him sticking his head out and sucking up.
Unfortunately, during the non-judgment phase of the day, he could not attack other players.
Yi Mo did not have any fighting experience anyway, so he would not actually make a move.
Yi Mo waved his hand, telling Unrivaled to get out of his way, then walked over to Ke Nan.
“I also think what you said makes a lot of sense,” he said.
“But since you’re an experienced player, you should know.”
“Werewolves like to kill the strong players first.”
“By jumping out like this, aren’t you afraid of being targeted by the Werewolves?”
This was what Yi Mo wanted to know.
As for Ke Nan?
He looked at Yi Mo and said in a low voice that only the two of them could hear, ‘I don’t want to be mysteriously voted out—especially in a situation where there is a high probability that an experienced player, a Werewolf pretending to be the Hunter, has become the Village Chief.’
After Ke Nan finished speaking, he did not give Yi Mo a chance to respond.
He suddenly turned around and said to everyone, “Hahaha! Actually, I’ve just played a few more games and accumulated a bit of experience.”
“But I actually lose more than I win. Everyone shouldn’t rely on me too much; we still have to listen to Shiba Daye, our Hunter Village Chief.”
“By the way, I’m a Villager. I’m not a Werewolf, and I’m definitely not a God Card. If I were a God Card, I would have stayed low and hidden instead of coming out.”
Yi Mo watched the laughing Ke Nan, who appeared incredibly innocent.
He knew that this speech was purely for the Werewolves to hear.
He was telling the Werewolves that he was not actually that great and certainly was not a God Card, so they should not kill him tonight!
And during the day, because what he had just said was quite good, it would be difficult for anyone to suspect him of being a Werewolf and vote him out!
He was protecting himself!
However, Yi Mo sneered in his heart.
He was acting too smart.
Therefore, he would not live for long.
Seeing that the introductions were mostly finished, Yi Mo said to the other players, “Everyone, there are twelve people in this game, and three are Werewolves.”
“To reduce the chance for the Werewolves to communicate privately, we will split into three groups of four people. We will stay together most of the time to monitor each other!”
“Let me assign the groups…”
Right as Yi Mo was halfway through speaking, Dieyu walked over.
She stood on her tiptoes and patted Yi Mo on the shoulder.
With a smile and a wink, she said cutely, “Mr. Shiba Daye, I haven’t introduced myself yet.”
“Let me introduce myself so everyone can get to know me?”
It had to be said that Dieyu had been noticed by everyone since the start of the game because of her beauty.
Perhaps appearance really played a huge role, as no one had taken the initiative to make things difficult for her.
Stepping out so boldly now made the other players think she must be a good person.
They also very much wanted to hear her self-introduction.
But what about Yi Mo?
Hearing this, he snapped his fingers and looked at her playfully.
“We’ll do a private, one-on-one introduction later. Be good~”
Although Yi Mo’s voice was low and raspy, it carried a hint of excitement that left Dieyu momentarily stunned.
But she reacted quickly.
With a look of pure innocence, a flush rose to her cheeks.
She tilted her head and blinked, her expression suggesting that this might not be appropriate.
Yi Mo did not care about any of that.
He ignored Dieyu’s expression and began assigning the groups.
Meanwhile, the way the others looked at Yi Mo became even worse than before.
Ordinary Girl Village Chief glanced at him and scoffed, “Tch, scumbag!”
Quick Guide:
Knife: In Werewolf Kill, killing someone is usually referred to as “knifing” them.
Example: “Who should we knife?”
“Who got knifed?”
“Go knife them.”
Game Setup: Refers to which Werewolf Kill mode is being played (there are many setups; the God Positions and Werewolves will vary).
Witch’s Antidote: In most setups, the Witch’s Antidote cannot be used to save the Witch herself.

The village where Yi Mo was located sat at the foot of a dense, ancient forest.
The thick, natural old trees surrounding them made everyone realize that this place was likely truly isolated from the world.
Yi Mo quickly finished the groupings.
Group One: Old Six Du, Qian Lao Ben, Baiduren, and Cthulhu.
This group consisted of the two oldest players, plus the cold IT guy Baiduren and the humble-looking corporate drone.
Group Two: Great Emperor Zhenwu, Ke Nan, Unrivaled, and Ordinary Girl Village Chief.
Aside from Great Emperor Zhenwu, who seemed quite sincere, the others in this group each had their own unique traits.
Ke Nan had a profound and mysterious expression, Unrivaled was acting incredibly arrogant because he thought he was following Yi Mo, and Ordinary Girl had an extremely displeased look that made no one want to approach her.
Even a hearty man like Great Emperor Zhenwu did not get any friendly reactions.
Group Three was Yi Mo’s group.
He took full advantage of his position as Village Chief to include three of the four female players in his own group.
Of course, Yi Mo had hesitated over whether to put Pikachu or Ordinary Girl in his group.
But seeing the disgusted look Ordinary Girl gave him—as if she were looking at trash—he eventually followed her wishes and did not include her.
Still, she threw a taunt his way.
“Ugh… how disgusting!”
It got to the point where Yi Mo was starting to feel annoyed looking at Ordinary Girl.
However, since she was so unreasonable and he could not exactly start a fight with a 16-year-old girl, he decided to keep her out of sight and out of mind.
He endured it!
Then, he began assigning tasks to everyone.
The village was neither large nor particularly small.
It was surrounded by a sharpened wooden fence about the height of a person and a half.
The most obvious features, aside from the large circular table in the center and the so-called Execution Point, were the small, circular thatch huts.
How should he put it?
The level of primitivity even made Yi Mo think of the thatch huts of primitive tribes in the African rainforests he had seen in movies.
They were so flimsy he suspected a slightly stronger wind or rain could blow them away.
As for the rest, there were some stone carvings, work tools, and small patches of cultivated land in the village.
No one had taken a serious look at what else might be there, so they were naturally unclear.
Yi Mo did not intend for a large crowd to go around looking at the thatch huts together.
Checking every location would take too long and might interfere with his upcoming plans.
He gave the orders: Group One would check the various thatch huts to see if there were any useful items or anything unusual.
Group Two would search the village to see what was available, looking for useful tools, edible food, or anything bizarre.
With the tasks assigned, the eight players from those two groups began to move.
Yi Mo waved his hand, gathering his own members.
“Hey, ladies, let’s get to work!”
Yi Mo had intended to use a cheerful tone, as if they were going on an outing.
However, given his low, raspy voice and his paralyzed “dead-fish” face, the tone immediately changed.
Not only did it lack cheer, but it sounded deathly dull.
It was as if…
A heartless boss had just handed down a particularly troublesome task, and he was heading off to work with extreme resentment and a lack of motivation.
Well, after Yi Mo spoke, the atmosphere turned cold instantly.
Yi Mo looked at the scene and scratched his head, wondering if he was overdoing the act.
Should he change his voice?
Good grief, by now, everyone probably looked at him and thought that even if he wasn’t a Werewolf, he certainly wasn’t a good person.
As Yi Mo watched the three of them lost in thought, his expression grew even more somber, as if he were plotting something wicked.
The atmosphere chilled further.
Dieyu seemed to still be thinking about the “private introduction” Yi Mo had mentioned earlier.
As for Pikachu, she was looking at the other two girls.
By comparison, she felt as if her own figure and looks were being insulted, which made her very angry.
She ignored Yi Mo entirely.
Instead, it was the blushing and nervous Taoqimao who looked left and right.
Finally unable to stand the atmosphere, she raised her hands and said, “Oh, oh! Everyone, do your best!”
“Let’s try to get out of here alive…”
She seemed to want to encourage everyone and liven up the awkward atmosphere, but since she was timid and shy, her confidence faded as she spoke.
Her voice grew smaller and smaller until her face turned bright red with embarrassment.
She covered her face, lowered her head, and peeked at the other three in fear.
Pikachu frowned at this, believing that Taoqimao was maliciously acting cute.
She glared at her and said, “Tch, how could everyone possibly get out alive?”
“It’s not like this is our first game. Are you some high-level manipulator?”
“Ugh…”
Hearing this, Taoqimao felt even more embarrassed.
She turned her head away, not even daring to look at Pikachu.
Pikachu weighed over 200 pounds and stood at least 5 feet 9 inches tall.
She looked incredibly fierce, and combined with her unfriendly tone, it genuinely made Taoqimao instinctively afraid.
Dieyu, on the other hand, snapped out of her daze.
She wore a particularly confident smile as she looked at Taoqimao, walked over, and patted her head.
“Sister Taoqimao is really cute. I’m so jealous~”
“Don’t be afraid. Everyone will definitely try their best to survive and leave the game.”
Hearing this, Taoqimao looked at Dieyu with gratitude, though she still spoke with a trace of fear.
“Can we really… get out alive?”
Dieyu heroically patted her chest, tilted her head, and blinked.
“Of course! I believe we will!”
It had to be said that Dieyu’s high-energy demeanor was indeed quite healing.
Taoqimao felt a lot less pressure, and her tensed shoulders relaxed significantly.
Pikachu, however, was very displeased watching the two of them.
She walked toward Yi Mo and said, “Hey, Shiba Daye, you handsome little guy. The other two groups are doing everything in the village. What are we going to do?”
Yi Mo looked at Taoqimao and then at Dieyu, who was already blinking at him as if seeking credit.
He knew he didn’t need to offer any comfort himself.
He couldn’t help but think that assigning Dieyu to his group had been a correct decision; it would save him a lot of trouble.
However, as he looked at Pikachu, who seemed to be showing a hint of admiration, his expression soured again.
Being liked by someone was not always a good thing.
If she tried to use force, with his small frame, Yi Mo really wouldn’t be able to resist!
Fortunately, players could not attack each other during the day.
He didn’t pay it too much mind and snapped his fingers.
“Us… naturally, we’re going to do the most important thing.”
“Slacking off?”
Dieyu walked over, holding Taoqimao’s hand.
She placed a finger on her lip and tilted her head playfully.
She looked incredibly adorable.
Yi Mo could hardly resist the urge to interact with her more and pat her little head.
But it was ultimately inappropriate, and since he couldn’t see through her thoughts yet, he shook his head.
“No. We’re going to see if we can get out of this village!”
