To onlookers, she might have looked like she was dead.
“There’s no need to be so shocked, right? I actually think my situation is pretty common,” Blazing Flame said as she picked up a stick from the ground and poked Pandora’s body, testing if she was still alive.
“Common where exactly?” Pandora swatted the stick out of Blazing Flame’s hand with one paw. “We’ve been all over so many cities, and it’s the first time I’ve seen a male turn into a Magic Girl.”
“Well, in all those movies and shows nowadays, there are quite a few Magic Girls like me…” Blazing Flame defended herself sheepishly.
“Stop fooling yourself. In those shows, even Foxes, Raccoon Dogs, and the Bull King can become Magic Girls. Do you really think that could happen in real life?” Pandora rolled on the ground holding the stick. “You really never consider the consequences, do you, Blazing Flame?”
“Ahem, actually I have thought about what to do if I can’t beat the monsters.”
“But that’s after you transform, isn’t it?” Pandora sounded utterly exasperated. “Listen, ordinary people who force themselves to transform without a Magic Fairy’s help can have accidents.”
“Accidents?”

“Alright, we won’t talk about it. Let’s find another reliable way to get rid of magic power.” Hearing Pandora’s threat, Blazing Flame quickly nodded in agreement.
That method was just too dangerous. For a college student like her, the risks were far too high.
Better to consider other normal ways.
