She glanced at Qiu Ye, scalded by his intense, devouring gaze, and quickly looked down again, awkwardly pressing her thighs together.

That gaze was filled with intense possessiveness, so direct it felt almost physical.

Qiu Ye’s eyes swept over her entire body, as if setting her skin on fire, making her fair skin flush pink.
