Ye Jin lay in bed, tossing and turning, unable to fall asleep. For some reason, he felt like his body was burning!
Furthermore, this heat was very peculiar, because his mind was currently filled with thoughts of that sort of thing.
His mind involuntarily drifted back to the events of last night. He even found himself thinking that it would be wonderful if that sort of thing happened just one more time!
Realizing how ridiculous this thought was, he immediately shook his head frantically, trying to fling the idea out of his mind!
Why was he having these thoughts? Was he some kind of base, vile person?
That experience had clearly been so painful; why was he thinking about it?
He covered his head, trying his best not to think, but the parched heat in his body made it impossible to endure!
The medicine’s effect was kicking in!
Ye Moran, watching this scene through the monitor, suddenly felt her mood lift!
Ye Jin didn’t know what was happening to him. He only felt his consciousness becoming increasingly groggy, yet his body didn’t feel the slightest bit of fatigue.
“Mm…”
“Want, I want…”
He let out an unconscious low moan. His consciousness was replaced by his body’s instincts. His hands feebly tugged at the pajamas he was wearing, wanting to tear the clothes off!
But no matter what he did, the pajamas remained firmly on his body. He became increasingly irritable, and the range of his body’s movements grew larger and larger!
Right at that moment, a pair of large hands stroked his body. The warmth emanating from those hands made him involuntarily want to draw closer.
His body slowly crawled up, gradually approaching the figure that radiated that warm aura!
Ye Moran watched this scene with a smile. When the little fellow’s body drew near, she grabbed his chin and lifted it up!
The little fellow’s eyes were blurred, staring at her with a dull gaze, completely unaware of what he was doing!
Seeing the little fellow in this state, some wicked ideas suddenly popped into Ye Moran’s head!
“Call me Master.”
Ye Jin’s eyes were vacant as he looked at her in confusion. Just as Ye Moran thought the little fellow wouldn’t say it, Ye Jin’s mouth twitched, and he softly uttered a cry.
“Master~”
The voice was very light, even somewhat slurred and indistinct, but that one cry of “Master” reached Ye Moran’s ears with absolute clarity.
Her body trembled, and a slight blush rose to her cheeks!
“Then, from now on, be Master’s good little dog, okay?”
“Okay~”

When Ye Jin woke up the next day, he only felt his entire body aching intensely, especially around his waist and abdomen!
What happened to him?
Had his cold worsened, or was it something else?
He lay feebly on the bed, staring blankly at the ceiling. His physical condition had turned poor again. Originally, he had planned to leave today, but in his current state, he would have to wait another day!
Why was it like this? And he was so hungry!
It seemed he hadn’t eaten anything yesterday; he had only drunk a bowl of Rock Sugar Snow Pear.
Just then, the room door was pushed open, and Ye Moran walked in carrying food.
“You must be hungry. I made some food, have some. You haven’t eaten for a whole day!”
Ye Jin’s brow furrowed slightly, but he didn’t say anything to refuse because he really was starving!
Once she placed the dishes in front of him, he picked up the bowls and chopsticks and began to eat ravenously!
Ye Moran sat to the side, smiling as she helped him peel shrimp!

Ye Moran took the opportunity to pat the little fellow’s head, praising Ye Jin in a tone one would use for a child.
Ye Jin, however, frowned. In the past, he might have been very happy with this kind of praise for a child, but now, he only felt uncomfortable!
He turned his head away, not letting her touch him.
“I said I want to be left alone. Can you please stop disturbing me?”
“I’m not disturbing you. I only came to bring you food!”
Ye Jin was choked up. Thinking carefully, she really hadn’t come to disturb him specifically; she only came over when delivering food!
But after the embarrassment came anger. Without thinking, his brain blurted out whatever came to mind.
“If I’m hungry, I’ll find food myself. I don’t need you to cook.”
“There are only some ingredients in the fridge in this house. Other than that, there’s nothing else to eat. So besides me cooking for you, you won’t have anything else to eat!”
Ye Moran’s tone didn’t betray any emotion; she was simply stating a fact.
But to Ye Jin’s ears, it only felt like she was mocking him!
“Then I’ll just starve myself to death, fine!”
Ye Jin roared out, suppressing his tears. After saying this, he directly pulled the quilt over his head, not wanting to deal with her anymore!
Ye Moran was slightly stunned. Was the little fellow angry? Had she said something wrong? No, right?
Or was the little fellow resenting her, hating her?
Although she really didn’t want to think that way, she felt that the little fellow really did hate and resent her!
This wouldn’t do. Since the little fellow hated her so much, he would surely find a way to escape. She couldn’t let him just lie there; she had to do something!
With this thought in mind, she quickly walked out of the room!
A moment later, she came back in, but there was something extra in her hand!
She yanked the quilt away. Looking at the little fellow curled into a ball, she took a deep breath and pinned him down!
“What are you doing? No!”
Ye Jin thought she was going to do something again, and his body began to struggle desperately. But suddenly, a “click” sounded from his neck as a buckle was fastened. He looked down in consternation and saw the object on his neck!
A Collar!
The black Collar was covered in a layer of leather on the outside, but the interior was metal!
“You!”
Ye Jin’s eyes widened in shock!
“Why are you putting this on me?”
Ye Jin’s voice was hoarse, even carrying a hint of a sob.
Ye Moran reached out her hand to stroke his face.
“I’m afraid you’ll run away. I know you’re definitely thinking of escaping. I won’t let you leave!”
“I won’t?”
“Tying you up is the only method I could think of!”
“I like you. I’ve liked you since we were kids!”

“Mom and Dad have canceled your Household Registration.”
Ye Jin snapped his head up. He opened his mouth, wanting to say something, but in the end, nothing came out. He only hung his head feebly.
A surge of inexplicable bitterness welled up in the depths of his heart. Mom and Dad really… didn’t want him anymore…
“Rest well. I’ll come back to keep you company later!”
Ye Moran finished speaking and prepared to leave, but as soon as she stood up, the rattling sound of a Chain echoed from her person.
He looked up and saw her hand tightly gripping a Chain. The Chain was very thin and long; one end was held firmly in her hand, while the other end was connected to the Collar on his neck!
He wanted to say something, but he didn’t speak until her back disappeared.
He looked out the window in a daze. The weather was very good today, and the sunlight outside was exceptionally bright, but he could only watch; he couldn’t go out to feel the warmth of the sun!
