No, there’s nothing at all!
Field had searched the entire Cang’an Room thoroughly but found no trace of Liyakade’s Contract. It was obvious that Irina Zi had hidden Liyakade’s Contract somewhere unknown to others, which probably explained why Irina Zi agreed to this so easily.
Indeed, such a precious personal item wouldn’t be stored alongside the ordinary Slave Contracts of the family’s servants. Maybe it was Liyakade and the others who had been thinking too simply.
“I don’t think there’s anything that fits my criteria. Forget it then.” Field shook her head and looked at Irina Zi.
Unable to achieve her goal, Field just wanted to leave as soon as possible because Irina Zi’s previous behavior had been far too shocking.
“The afternoon tea is finished. I’ll be going now. I’ll come back another time.”
Come back another time?
Never again!
“Wait, Princess Field.” Irina Zi stretched out an arm to block Field’s path.
“What do you want?”
Field’s expression darkened, sensing that Irina Zi was trying to detain her.
“Nothing. I just want to help you find a suitable Slave.”
Irina Zi suddenly smiled strangely. “I think I know exactly what Princess Field is looking for.”
“What do you mean?”
A bad feeling rose in Field’s heart.
“Let me see… the Slave you want should be like this, right?”
Irina Zi started talking on her own, completely ignoring Field’s increasingly sullen expression.
“Seems like Wind Attribute, high level, long hair, in the same class as you, and most importantly… rare white hair. Am I right?”
“I don’t understand what you’re saying.” Field was shocked. So Liyakade’s identity had been exposed, though she was still unaware of it.
Now, Liyakade’s situation had become dangerous. But on the surface, Field had to keep up appearances and endure this.
“I’m so heartbroken, Princess Field.”
Irina Zi lowered her head, looking deeply saddened as if she had suffered a heavy blow. “The person I like finally came to see me. This should have been a happy thing… but you only want the other person, using me. It hurts so much.”
“No, what are you talking about? I don’t understand at all!”
Field stared at Irina Zi’s sorrowful expression, as if she really was a heartless woman. But thinking about everything Irina Zi had done, Field felt it was all her own fault—attaching feelings to Field without permission, and hurting so many people. “I’m leaving.”
Field ruthlessly pushed past the blocking Irina Zi.
“Princess Field, are Alice and Liyakade together now?”
Irina Zi asked darkly.
“What does that have to do with you?”
Field realized the situation was worsening. Irina Zi’s question clearly meant something bad was about to happen.
“No, whether they’re together or not doesn’t matter anymore.”
Irina Zi suddenly lifted her head. The gloomy expression vanished, replaced by an intense, fanatical gleam. The Spell Command in her hand began to glow.
“Hahaha, Liyakade will definitely find Alice for me! Princess Field, aren’t you in such a hurry to leave? Then go back and find them quickly! Maybe if you go now, it’s not too late!”
“You!!”
Seeing this, Field angrily launched an attack at Irina Zi, spewing out a torrent of scorching Fire.
She no longer cared about the consequences of killing Irina Zi.
If she didn’t act now, both Liyakade and Alice would be in danger.
But Irina Zi merely waved her hand lightly, summoning a wall of water to block the incoming flames entirely.
“Heh, Princess Field, don’t you know my Attribute?”
Irina Zi’s expression turned fierce. “I’m higher level than you, and my Attribute counters yours. You have no chance of winning.”
“But… it looks like you’ve already decided to kill me, haven’t you? To kill someone who truly loves you for the sake of those two women!” Irina Zi grew more and more agitated, her face becoming distorted. “This is what happens when you seduce me! Those little fox spirits, those sluts—how dare they come near you!”
“Enough!” Field shouted at Irina Zi.
“I don’t like you at all! I don’t even know you! You suddenly come out and say you like me? What are you?”
“See, see! It was those two little fox spirits who seduced you. You’ve lost sight of your own heart! That’s why I have to wake you up!”
Field felt a surge of rage. Irina Zi was obviously unreasonable—a complete lunatic. Reasoning with a madwoman was pointless.
Another wave of heat surged toward Irina Zi, but she effortlessly blocked it again.
“Hehehe, relax, Princess Field. I don’t want to fight you.”
After her outburst, Irina Zi’s expression gradually returned to normal.
“Didn’t I just say? If you go back now, it’s still not too late. I won’t let them die so easily.”
“After all, they’ve committed such terrible sins. It would be too easy to just kill them outright. Of course, I want to torment them severely! How about having Liyakade hunt Alice forever? If you don’t kill Liyakade, she’ll torture Alice to death. Choose—Liyakade’s life or Alice’s?”
“Tch… I want your life!”
Field bit her lower lip so hard it nearly bled. She wanted to kill Irina Zi right now, but there was no hope against someone who was higher level and had the countering Attribute. “Just wait!”
Field spat out those words through clenched teeth, then smashed the nearby window and leapt out.
“Hehe.” Irina Zi looked down on Field’s panicked escape with a twisted smile, muttering to herself, “I wonder, Your Highness, do you prefer the little fox spirit who wanted to betray me, or the little slut from the countryside?”
“Can you stay calm when you see them doing those things?”
Irina Zi’s murmurs were inaudible to Field, but from their conversation, Field realized that if she didn’t return soon, Liyakade and Alice would likely be in mortal danger.
Irina Zi was probably using Spell Commands to control Liyakade to attack Alice, but she wouldn’t let them die easily. Right now, Alice was probably enduring severe torment.
She had to hurry back!
Field sprinted back, breathless, and before she even reached the door, she heard Alice’s agonized scream.
“No… Miss Liyakade, not there…”
“Damn it! I’m here to save you!”
Field burst through the Dormitory door.
She froze on the spot. The bloody scene she had imagined was nowhere to be seen.
Instead, two naked girls were entangled with each other. Liyakade was sitting on top of Alice’s waist, seemingly about to launch a merciless attack.
“…What are you two doing?”
