“Let’s begin, little treat~”
Liliath’s crisp voice echoed through the hall, issuing orders with undeniable authority.
“Let this princess show everyone your courage and strength.”
She deliberately emphasized “courage,” prompting a few muffled giggles from the maids and stewards on both sides.
Sairi took a deep breath, forcibly suppressing all fear and humiliation.
Transform!
Before everyone’s eyes, Sairi changed instantly. The black gauzy nightdress the bloodline maid had dressed her in transformed into a white dress and white stockings.
She finally wore a pair of little leather shoes instead of being barefoot. Her hair turned pink, and the sharp, simple Rainbow Sword stood upright in her hand.
“I didn’t expect our little darling to have such a performance~”
Liliath’s tone was teasingly infuriating, her voice amplified so everyone in the hall could hear.
Sairi already caught a few maids whispering about how cute she was and wanting to grab her for some affectionate teasing, which flushed her face red.
Transforming in front of so many people was definitely embarrassing!
But now, the battle was most important. She had to fight, even knowing she was outmatched!
Her eyes focused sharply as she gave a low shout and took the initiative to attack!
The Rainbow Sword slashed a dazzling arc of seven colors, stabbing straight at Liliath’s seemingly undefended shoulder!
The speed was so fast it cut through the air with a faint whoosh, giving the arrogant Blood Princess a taste of her unique physical prowess!
“Hmph.”
Liliath snorted lightly, making no attempt to dodge. She simply raised her right hand casually, and at the instant the Rainbow Sword stabbed, her slender fingertips brushed it off as if flicking away a fly!
“Ding!!”
A crisp sound rang out, and an unimaginably immense force surged from the sword’s tip!
Sairi felt sharp pain in her tiger’s mouth, nearly losing grip on the Rainbow Sword! The force staggered her back several steps before she barely regained her footing, while Liliath remained still and silent.
This Blood Princess was incredibly strong—her speed and agility maxed out. Despite such a swift attack, Liliath effortlessly seized the moment and nullified it with a mere finger flick.
Sweat began to pour down Sairi’s face; today’s defeat might be devastating.
“Is that all?”
Liliath pursed her lips in disappointment, her crimson eyes sweeping over the audience on both sides.
“Looks like our little treat can’t even be considered an appetizer~”
Laughter erupted among the crowd. The steward’s lips curled into a barely perceptible smile, and a few maids schemed about how to properly ‘train’ her after the match.

Meanwhile, Vera kept her head down, fingers interlaced in front of her, knuckles slightly white.
Sairi’s face instantly burned bright red—this was an insult!
Unwilling to accept it, she concentrated her power once more.
The Rainbow Sword’s glow intensified, but instead of stabbing straight ahead, she used the short sword’s agility, attempting close-range combat. Swordlight rained like droplets toward Liliath.
This time, Liliath took it a little more seriously, but only slightly.
She didn’t even use her scythe, relying solely on her bare hands, her pale fingers weaving through the seven-colored swordlight like a butterfly among flowers, parrying, blocking, flicking away!
Each fingertip contact with the blade emitted a clear ringing sound, making Sairi’s arms ache and numb.
Liliath’s movements appeared so casual and elegant, like dancing, yet perfectly sealed off every attack route!
Sairi realized this Liliath was still toying with her, not taking her seriously at all.
“Too slow!”
“Not enough strength!”
“Wrong angle!”
Liliath parried easily while commenting in a crisp voice, as if teaching a clumsy student. The mockery in her words drove Sairi’s humiliation to its peak!
Gritting her teeth, Sairi poured all her spirit and strength into the sword. The seven-colored light flared brighter than ever!
Seizing what seemed like a casual parry from Liliath, she spun fiercely. The Rainbow Sword screamed through the air, slicing hard toward Liliath’s waist! This was a strike filled with all her anger and despair!
“Die!”
Sairi’s eyes blazed with furious hatred.
“Oh? Now this is interesting.”
Liliath’s crimson eyes finally flickered with genuine interest.
At the moment the Rainbow Sword was about to land, a sharp clang of metal rang out.
No one saw her move. The crowd only caught a glimpse of a huge dark-red arc tearing through the air!
“Bang.”
Sairi’s full-powered strike was effortlessly blocked by Liliath’s Blood Scythe.
Sairi’s hand tingled painfully; the force was immense. Both were powerful types, and such direct collisions were physically punishing, yet Liliath stood like nothing happened, only now wielding her scythe.
Before Sairi could react, Liliath launched her counterattack.
Using the end of the massive Blood Scythe’s handle like a battering ram, she struck with pinpoint precision, hammering hard into Sairi’s abdomen!
“Ugh—pfft!”
Sairi’s body doubled over, eyes wide, all her strength and rationality shattered by the blow, her breathing chaotic.
Sharp pain engulfed her instantly. The Rainbow Sword’s glow vanished as it flew from her hand with a clatter, landing on the distant carpet.
She was thrown backward like a broken sack by the terrifying force, rolling several times across the cold, hard floor before stopping.
Sairi curled on the ground, unable to control her body as she vomited. Stomach acid mixed with bitter bile soiled the luxurious carpet.
The stabbing pain in her abdomen blurred her vision; she was nearly suffocating.
This Liliath struck too hard—the elbow blow nearly crushed her ribs.
If it weren’t for her unique constitution and the things she stole from the kitchen already digesting, the floor would be covered in a big puddle of her own ‘rainbow.’
Seeing Liliath so easily send Sairi flying, the hall instantly erupted in uncontrollable cheers and applause!
“Princess’s might!”
“Well done, Your Highness!”
“Humans who overestimate themselves!”
The steward bowed first, his face a fawning smile: “Your Highness’s martial skill is truly unparalleled!”
The maids echoed with admiring giggles. Vera, however, remained unmoved, as stiff as a wooden doll.
Liliath rose elegantly, hoisting her huge scythe, her face wearing a pleased smile as she approached the curled-up, trembling Sairi.
“Now do you understand the gap, little Blood Old Mouse?”
She stopped beside Sairi and lightly kicked her side with her delicate leather boot, causing a painful spasm.
Stop kicking, stop kicking—it already hurts enough! Sairi felt like dying but couldn’t say it out loud.
“This is just the beginning. One can be destroyed, but never defeated. I will never yield to you vampires!”
“Oh? The little one’s got some spirit? Then get up first!”
With that, Liliath moved her palm slightly, releasing a mysterious Bloodline Power that took hold of Sairi’s body.
The brutal force dragged the nearly exhausted Sairi toward one side of the hall, where a Banquet Table was already set with a snow-white cloth, delicate silver candelabras, and empty ornate wine glasses.
Sairi was pressed heavily against the cold table, her cheek touching the smooth, icy cloth, her body pinned down by Liliath, unable to move.
Liliath walked to the table, lifting a large, peculiarly shaped Decanter filled with a viscous, dark red liquid resembling blood.
Her face wore a mischievous smile as her crimson eyes scanned all the “spectators” in the hall.
“Everyone, let’s play a little game.”
Her voice was sweet yet cruel. “Let’s see how much fine wine this little one can hold.”
Under Sairi’s terrified gaze and the crowd’s excited attention, Liliath tilted the Decanter’s slender spout toward Sairi’s forced-upturned, vulnerable neck!
The icy glass touched her skin, making Sairi shudder all over.
“No… no… I don’t drink.”
She whispered weakly, still naïvely thinking Liliath merely wanted to see her drink.
Liliath’s lips curled into a cruel arc. With a gentle flick of her wrist—
Whoosh—
The cold, viscous, strongly alcoholic dark-red wine poured down like a breaking dam. It drenched Sairi’s neck and collarbone, then surged into her forcibly opened mouth and nostrils!
Sairi felt it wasn’t really wine; the taste was strange.
“Ugh… g-gack, cough cough!”
She choked violently, her body twisting and struggling from suffocation and the icy sting.
But Liliath’s grip was like iron tongs, pinning her firmly to the table.
A large amount of liquid flooded her windpipe, burning fiercely and causing suffocating pain. More spilled down her face, neck, and collar, soaking her upper body.
The dark red stains spread quickly over the white tablecloth and her pale dress like flowing blood—miserable and humiliating!
“Cough… I’m going to die from choking…”
Liliath didn’t even treat herself as human, dumping the wine all over herself.
“Ha ha ha ha ha!”
Watching Sairi’s agonized, miserable state, Liliath laughed a clear, bell-like laugh.
She even deliberately tilted the Decanter so the wine ran into Sairi’s eyes and nostrils!
“Drink up! This is the finest Blood Brew! A gift for you!”
“Look at her, like a poor drowning little thing.”
“Human bodies are truly fragile!”
The surrounding cheers, jeers, and whistles rose in waves. The steward and officials wore satisfied smiles, and the maids covered their mouths, chuckling.
The entire hall was filled with a sickening atmosphere of revelry—some laughing, some worried, some indifferent, some angry.
The icy wine continued mercilessly pouring. Sairi’s consciousness blurred under violent coughing, suffocation, and deep-rooted humiliation.
Liliath’s piercing laughter and the crowd’s noise filled her ears. The world seemed reduced to cold, viscous dark red and endless blackness…
This was what Sairi hated most. She could accept being defeated by superior skill, but despised being humiliated and insulted.
Yet this Blood Princess never took her seriously and now openly mocked her. Sairi felt rage boiling over, her temper flaring.
“Damn bloody vampire! Even if I can’t beat you today, I’ll wear you down!”
Seizing the moment, Sairi summoned the Rainbow Sword and hurled it at Liliath, who nonchalantly leaned aside to dodge.
This gave Sairi an opening. Taking advantage of Liliath’s relaxed stance, she clasped her hands and conjured a small black orb.
She tossed it—not at Liliath—but into the center of the hall.
Liliath sensed something was off and eased her control over Sairi, curious about what trick she had up her sleeve.
Sairi stepped away from the table and stood again.
“Die!”
At her shout, the black orb suddenly expanded, then began to flash.
“Oh?”
Liliath was quick to react. In that brief moment, she cast Bloodline Barrier Magic over all the stewards, maids, and officials present to protect them.
“Drink!”
With a command, the black orb grew enormous within seconds, reaching the ceiling, then transformed into a giant sea urchin covered with countless sharp spikes, attacking the entire 360° space of the hall without blind spots.
In an instant, all the banquet settings were overturned, fruit plates and wine glasses shattered continuously, even the chandelier above was pierced and smashed onto the floor.
Thanks to Liliath’s protective magic, none of the spectators were harmed.
Still, many couldn’t help but voice their admiration for Sairi’s strength.
Of course, Sairi didn’t care for their approval.
“Retract!”
At her command, the black orb shrank, the spikes dissolving as it flew back into Sairi’s hand.
She scanned the hall but didn’t see Liliath anywhere. Among all the spectators, there was no sign of her. Had Liliath fled?
“What’s going on? Did she run? How cowardly!”
Before the words finished leaving her mouth, a chilling voice spoke.
“I’ve been right here all along. So who’s really the coward?”
Sairi staggered, turning to find the source—still no sign of Liliath.
Sweat poured down her back. This kind of enemy couldn’t be killed, and things were turning into a nightmare.
