Dying! Dying!
Wasn’t she supposed to be socially anxious? Why is she suddenly so enthusiastic now?
“Water Wall, Water Wall, Water Wall…”
It turns out that once the pink-haired loli “ignites,” she gets fired up so easily.
Su Yao only gave a slight, insignificant taunt, but the girl went crazy, chasing after her, occasionally throwing fireballs even bigger than before.
Luckily, the dungeon she designed felt like her own home.
Su Yao skillfully used the maze’s layout; the fireballs without tracking capability often exploded against the gray stone brick palace walls.
Still, even the heatwaves from the explosions forced her to cast several consecutive Water Walls to reduce their power.
Could this girl really be the eighth-rank Archmage Chlorel mentioned?
An eighth-rank Fire Mage bullying a first-rank newbie Water Mage— how could she not feel embarrassed?
She’d looked a bit slow since earlier. No matter how powerful the fireballs were, they were just fireballs; they simply couldn’t form a real threat…
“Spend 80 DP to summon [Large Slime— Water]?”
“Yes!”
Why did a fireball, which should be a simple spell for a first-rank mage, have such ridiculous effects in her hands? Could it be a difference in constitution?
Why didn’t her Water Arrows and Water Walls have this much power?
“Hey! You, Gargoyle over there, stop pretending to be a ‘wall’— I’m ordering you to block the way!”
It should be safe for now. How could someone with no brains see through a Moving Stone Wall?
Boom!
Before the blonde loli could catch her breath, the Gargoyle behind her was blasted apart.
After casting two Water Walls to block the heatwave, she had to urge her legs again to keep moving.
Looks like she was wrong; although the pink-haired loli was pretty dumb in combat, her magic perception was probably on par with her and Sofia.
Curiosity really did kill the cat. Just by glancing at her once in the sea of fire, she ended up losing over twenty thousand DP.
Ahead was a Rotating Room— hopefully, it could stall her for a bit.
“Vampire Bats, I order you to block the mage behind me!”
Leaving that command, Su Yao turned and ran desperately toward the Dungeon Entrance’s Entry Hall.
“Boom.”
Another loud explosion sounded. It was much smaller than the first magic fluctuation she sensed but enough to wipe out all the monsters in the Rotating Room.
No surprise—she had chased her out again; the iron gate was probably already melted.
If she remembered correctly, even Chlorel’s level 4 fire magic attacks left no trace on that mechanism.
This pink-haired loli was at least a sixth-rank mage. Considering the initial wave she sensed, Su Yao would even believe she was a seventh-rank mage.
Another corner.
“Hey, you two up ahead, if you don’t want to die, turn back now!”
The blonde loli shouted nervously while running forward.
Su Yao did her best to avoid adventurers in the maze.
But getting closer to the Entry Hall meant running into them was inevitable.
“Where did this brat come from? Afraid of Slimes and peed themselves, rushing back to mommy?”
“Go back and drink your milk. Don’t get in our way looking for treasure chests.”
Those two! Hope you don’t cry like babies later.
She ignored them and kept running. Only a few turns remained before the Entry Hall. If she could lure the socially anxious loli out, the rest would be easy.
Moments later.
The two rude adventurers chased after her, stumbling and muttering curses she didn’t understand.
It seemed in every world, “I love you (damn you)” was the highest level of greeting.
“Water Wall, Water Wall, Water Wall…”
The blonde loli paused her chant to block the heatwave from the fireballs.
“Helping you two out of kindness—remember to write me an 800-word gratitude essay later.”
Of course, Su Yao only thought this; she had no time to waste on them now.
…
The Dungeon Entrance’s Entry Hall was crowded with adventurers searching for treasure chests.
News of Su Yao’s monster and trap setup hadn’t spread yet.
Many adventurers still gathered here, but even if word got out, their enthusiasm wouldn’t lessen much.
According to information Dorodori sisters gathered while “doing business,” an Unnamed Magic Sword Blank sold at Moravia’s Auction House for 130 gold coins.
Though this sum was nothing to her, who traded with Sylvie’s Trading Company (hypocritically), it was an immense fortune for most adventurers— enough to squander half a lifetime.
The lucky buyer was an old man wielding a strange weapon, probably some kind of Tangdao.
Five Minotaurs fell under his hand in less than five minutes. The last time she’d seen such firepower was from Sofia in full combat mode.
But now was not the time for this.
“Anyone who doesn’t want to die, get out of here! I’m not joking!”
The blonde loli shouted at the people lingering in the hall with all her might.
Apart from a few panting burly men beside her, most people looked confused by her words.
Most ignored it, surprised briefly before continuing their work— maintaining weapons, checking supplies, eating and drinking…
“Kid, who are you? Why should we listen to you?”
“Is this dungeon your home? What business is it of yours if we want to stay?”
“Hey hey, even nobles can’t be so unreasonable, can they?”
…
Some ignorant fools tried to argue, but were stopped by a few adventurers around Su Yao.
The blonde loli was too tired to waste words. Though she could leave them here, she thought about how they’d add bricks and tiles to her dungeon in the future.
So she spoke again.
“I order everyone in the hall to leave immediately.”
After invoking the Royal Majesty, the lively hall quieted down.
Most onlookers left.
The few who’d been heckling showed obvious hostility, staying behind, bewildered by what was happening.
It wasn’t a hard control skill, so this effect was already impressive.
As for the others left, they were on their own.
“Hey! Kid, what the hell is going on…”
That question was quickly answered.
Smoke rose from the wooden dungeon gate in the Entry Hall, which slowly melted away.
Those remaining retreated; experience told them the blonde loli was right—they were in danger staying here.
The “burning” loli stepped out from inside, immediately casting a massive fireball. It seemed that when her targets were few, she instinctively chose this spell.
Maybe to conserve magic?
“Water Wall!”
Pale blue water from the Magic Spring gathered in front of the blonde loli.
This wall was thicker than the three before.
The blazing fireball exploded against the cold spring water.
Su Yao dove into the Magic Spring; after all, the rising heat could also injure.
“Futini, how long do you plan to keep watching? Aren’t you afraid she’ll dismantle your spring?”
She got up awkwardly, shouting.
At her words, the Magic Spring began to churn, several water columns spraying out.
The opponent didn’t back down, launching flames of the same scale to try and evaporate the water.
“Water Arrow!”
The socially anxious loli’s crimson hair was tinged with pink.
Struggling to defend, she summoned a Fire Wall to block Su Yao’s Water Arrows.
At the same time, her vision was blocked.
The Magic Spring continuously flowed; as the Fire Wall dissipated, the Water Wall surged forward like a tsunami…
After a long silence, the adventurers who’d mustered courage to return found only a soaked hall before them.
From then on, a rumor spread through this dungeon about a “Blonde Loli Witch.”
