Chapter 25: Kelosha Wants Milk

A pair of golden vertical pupils flickered faintly in the darkness.

Vellandelle switched on the Magical Electric Lamp and immediately saw a White Fur Ball leap up on the spot and pounce fiercely toward her.

“Food! I smell food!”

Kelosha’s sudden leap startled Vellandelle as well, and she instinctively raised a hand to shield Kelosha’s face, preventing her from getting too close.

Kelosha’s face was blocked by Vellandelle’s hand, but both her paws desperately reached out toward the food Vellandelle was holding.

“Food…”

Seeing Kelosha like this, Vellandelle finally realized what was happening and handed over the bag of food.

“Oh, you’re hungry. Eat quickly.”

Kelosha grabbed the bag and tore it open with force, ripping the bag with the Roast Meat inside completely apart.

She stuffed the scattered pieces of Roast Meat and Pork Chop straight into her mouth.

Vellandelle wanted to remind her there was a Fork, but looking at Kelosha’s state, she swallowed her words.

“Delicious, delicious.”

Kelosha lay on the floor, her white fur tail wagging nonstop.

Looking at that big fluffy tail, Vellandelle couldn’t help but scoop it up and give it a scratch.

“So soft…”

Kelosha shivered and stopped eating, turning to look at Vellandelle behind her, chewing the meat with a somewhat puzzled expression.

“Does the roommate like my tail?”

“N-no,” Vellandelle blushed and let go of Kelosha’s tail. Kelosha didn’t think much of it and kept eating.

Vellandelle looked at the food scraps scattered everywhere and thought to herself—there was no way Kelosha was going to clean this up. She’d probably have to do it herself.

Next time, no matter what, she’d insist Kelosha eat at the table!

Once Kelosha finished eating, she squatted on the sofa, licking her paws contentedly.

“Dirty…”

Vellandelle quickly patted Kelosha’s little paws, stopping her from licking them since she had been eating food off the floor.

Kelosha looked up at Vellandelle, her small head filled with confusion.

She had always done this—what was so dirty about it? It was perfectly clean.

“Go wash your hands.”

Vellandelle pulled Kelosha up, feeling helpless.

Living with this silly dog was really like taking care of a child.

She even suspected Kelosha didn’t know how to use a Water Faucet to wash her hands, so she dragged her into the Bathroom.

“Do you know how to wash your hands?”

“Of course, I’m not an idiot!”

Kelosha put on a smart look, staring at Vellandelle as if to say: How could you doubt me?

“Then go ahead and wash.”

Vellandelle sighed in relief. She hadn’t expected Kelosha to be completely clueless.

“There’s no water here. How am I supposed to wash?”

“Kelosha, you were so hungry just now. Didn’t you go out to buy something to eat?”

“Buy?”

“You speak to the magical beast called ‘Water Faucet’ and say, ‘I command you to open your mouth and spit out water, or I’ll eat you!’”

“What do you do when you’re hungry?”

“You go to the restaurant and buy your roommate back!”

Kelosha put her hands on her hips, pride shining in her eyes.

Vellandelle admitted she was a little broken inside.

She glanced at Kelosha standing by the head of the bed, then turned sideways.

Unexpectedly, Kelosha also climbed onto the bed.

“Roommate, Mom said you have to take off your clothes before sleeping! Not doing so means you’re not a good child.”

Before Vellandelle could react, Kelosha’s small hands skillfully reached behind her, gently unfastening the buttons of the lady’s Magical Robe—this robe had been obtained from the Ancient Ruins, with particularly exquisite buttons on the back.
