“What… exactly are you all doing?”
His Majesty the King stared in shock at the disheveled courtyard and the broken window before him.
Although this was just a side courtyard within the royal palace, he couldn’t allow Liyakade and Sistem to cause such chaos.
His Majesty looked at Sistem in confusion.
This child had always been obedient, even more reliable and sensible than Field, and had basically never made any mistakes—but today, she had caused a major incident.
Originally, His Majesty had intended to avoid meeting Field for a while, but with the commotion caused by Sistem and Liyakade, it had become impossible.
Field and Alice were also standing in the messy courtyard, their gazes at Liyakade and Sistem somewhat strange.
In Field’s impression, her sister would never do something like this, and Liyakade was supposed to be calm as well.
How had the two of them managed to turn the entire courtyard upside down?
“It’s all a misunderstanding… a misunderstanding…”
Liyakade waved her hand awkwardly, scratching her head as she tried to explain to His Majesty.
“We were just sparring, that’s all.”
Sistem lied without blinking, quickly fabricating a story.
Before His Majesty arrived, Liyakade and Sistem had already reached an agreement.
To be honest, while Sistem was curious about the Demon Bloodline lingering in Liyakade, she wasn’t disgusted by it.
After all, her younger sister and Alice had agreed to keep it secret for Liyakade.
More importantly, Liyakade hadn’t betrayed her sister.
That was what Sistem valued most.
So, upon learning that Liyakade could get pregnant even through love between girls, Sistem immediately realized she had misunderstood.
Therefore, Sistem had Liyakade clean up her lingering magic before His Majesty arrived, but before she could say more, His Majesty had already appeared.
“Sparring, huh…”
His Majesty glanced at the shattered glass upstairs.
What kind of sparring went from the upstairs all the way down and ignored everything around it?
“Sistem, I’ll ask you one more time. What exactly happened?”
His Majesty questioned sternly.
“It was sparring. But for a sense of realism, we deliberately started upstairs.”
Sistem refused to elaborate, so His Majesty, lacking more information, could only drop the matter for now.
“Sigh… In the future, if you want to spar, you must go to the arena. Did you two hear me?”
“Yes, Your Majesty.”
“Understood, Father.”
With that, His Majesty glanced at Field again, but said nothing more, turning and leaving.
He left behind a few servants to clean up the wrecked courtyard.
His Majesty could sense that something had definitely happened between them, but since Sistem wasn’t willing to speak, it meant the matter was still within her control.
He could only trust Sistem for now and planned to contact her later for more details.
“Sistem-sama, Liyakade, what happened to you two?”
Alice asked in confusion, looking at the two covered in dust.
“I just said, it was sparring.”
Liyakade explained.
“…To cause such a mess just from sparring, you two are impressive.”
Looking at her older sister’s slightly bedraggled appearance, Field couldn’t help but tease.
“I never thought I’d see this side of you, sis.”
“Hehe…”
Hearing Field’s teasing, Sistem could only smile wryly, not bothering to argue.
After all, at this point, she knew a secret even Field didn’t.
She couldn’t wait to see Field’s reaction when she learned the truth—or to witness the day Liyakade held a chubby baby and became a mother.
“I still have something to discuss with Liyakade privately. We’ll head out first.”
“Hm? Not bringing us?”
Field asked suspiciously.
“Is there something we can’t hear?”
“Uh… It’s just a personal matter, for now. You’ll know sooner or later.”
Liyakade explained from the side.
“That’s right, so we’ll excuse ourselves.”
With that, Liyakade hurried after Sistem.
Field watched their quickly retreating backs with suspicion, certain there was something going on between them.
First, they’d fought in the courtyard, and now they were going to discuss something alone.
She and Alice were supposed to be Liyakade’s closest people, yet this time, even they couldn’t follow.
Something was off. Very off!
“Alice, what do you think they’re up to?”
“No idea…”
Alice shook her head.
“I can’t tell either.”
***
“Hmph, let’s go! Let’s follow them and see what they’re up to!”
Field decided on the spot to stealthily follow Liyakade and the others to find out what was going on.
“Agreed.”
Alice nodded in approval.
Liyakade suddenly saying she wanted to talk alone with another excellent and beautiful girl made both Field and Alice uncomfortable.
And since that girl was Field’s own sister, Sistem, Field felt even more displeased.
Afterward, they used Alice’s Light Element to create a visual disguise and secretly followed Liyakade and Sistem.

“This place will do.”
This was the royal palace, so Sistem was naturally familiar with the surroundings.
She led Liyakade to a secluded pavilion and sat down.
“You’re actually of the Demon Race? What’s going on?”
Although the misunderstanding had been cleared, Sistem still had many questions for Liyakade.
Even if being a Demon wasn’t as serious as betraying Field, Sistem still needed answers.
“I’m not a pure-blooded Demon. I’m actually a half-human with Demon Bloodline.”
Liyakade sighed helplessly.
Fortunately, Sistem hadn’t attacked because of her Demon Bloodline, giving Liyakade a chance to explain.
“Sistem-sama, you should know, I’m no longer a Noble, right?”
“I know.”
Sistem nodded, then added,
“But I don’t know the details—just that your surname was stripped, not the reason.”
“I see.”
It seemed His Majesty’s side had kept things well hidden—even Sistem knew little.
“This all traces back to one person—Irina Zi.”
Then, Liyakade began to recount everything that had happened since enrollment to Sistem.
This included being abused by Irina Zi, awakening her Demon Bloodline, sneaking into Irina Zi’s home with Field, and fighting Irina Zi.
“That woman… she dared do such things!”
After listening, Sistem slammed the stone table in the pavilion, her expression furious.
“No wonder she was expelled, and I never saw her again. So, she was imprisoned.”
“But, it’s strange that your Demon Bloodline wasn’t detected by the Priests.”
“Priests aren’t Light Element users. They all use wind, fire, water, or earth. Even if they can sense Demons with magic, it’s at a superficial level at best.”
Liyakade explained matter-of-factly.
“My bloodline only awakened recently, and I still have human blood as cover, so the Priests couldn’t detect it.”
“So… you said you could get pregnant—is that really true?”
“Sha sha sha――”
“Who!?”
