Sairi pressed her hand firmly against Karim Said’s incoming fist, gripping tightly as she exerted her strength, producing several crisp, sharp sounds.
Although separated by a layer of armor, Sairi easily crushed and snapped the bones in Karim Said’s hand, while the sharp metal fragments of the armor bent and deeply pierced into his flesh.
At this moment, Karim Said’s hand was a bloody, mangled mess.
“Ahh!! My hand, you’re a downright monster! You vile creature, the kingdom must punish you!”
But Sairi remained unmoved.
Then, with a powerful grip on her lance, she exerted force, and with a sharp “clang,” Karim Said’s precious lance shattered into two halves.
“What! My lance! You monster, you lunatic! People like you shouldn’t live in this world; you deserve to go to hell! Along with those scoundrels!”
With that, Karim Said lost his mind entirely, throwing caution aside as he engaged Sairi in close combat.
However, his attacks were ineffective. He swung with his normal arm toward Sairi, but she simply squeezed lightly, rendering it immobile.
Then Sairi applied force, grabbing his arm and spinning it around.
“Ah! My hand!”
As the spins increased, the sounds of cracking at Karim Said’s shoulder could be heard at first, but gradually faded away.
Immediately afterward, Sairi gripped his arm tightly and tore downward. Karim Said’s arm was ripped off, blood and tissue fluid spurting everywhere. Frantically, he cast magic to stop the bleeding.
From the side, Sairi delivered several fierce kicks to Karim Said’s legs. Both legs snapped from the impact, causing him to collapse, sprawled face-first on the ground, swallowing dirt.
“What are you standing there for! Come help me!”
“Oh, right!” The trio then began their assault.
Salanto’s Black Sword, Sike Na’s Warhammer, and Bilur’s Bow and Arrows all attacked her simultaneously.
Salanto’s Black Sword came first, but Sairi caught the blade with her hand. With a surge of strength, the sword shattered with a loud bang.
“My sword! I spent a fortune on this!”
Before he could finish, Sairi grabbed Salanto and delivered a merciless kick, sending him flying through the air.
He landed bleeding heavily on the ground. Then, stepping on Salanto’s ankle, she exerted force, producing the sound of bone cracking. Salanto’s ability to escape was completely destroyed.
Sairi then spun sharply, planting one hand against Sike Na’s Warhammer, and thrust her fist into Sike Na’s stomach.
He staggered backward and fell to the ground. Sairi quickly swung the Warhammer and smashed it down on his legs with fierce force.
“Ahhh!” After a scream, Sike Na’s legs lay in ruins, a grotesque sight that sent chills down the spine.
Sairi swiftly turned her gaze to Bilur. Terrified, Bilur’s legs went weak, and she shouted for Sairi to stay away, continuously firing arrows.
But Sairi did not dodge. As the arrows flew toward her, she caught them with godlike speed, holding them in her hands.
She then threw the arrows back with such incredible velocity that they blurred into streaks of light, piercing Bilur’s body. Bilur screamed in agony.
Several arrows struck her, and Bilur collapsed with numerous holes in her chest and limbs.
In a short time, the situation had completely reversed, and Sairi began to pace around the four of them.
“Miss Sairi, could you… could you show us mercy just this once? I admit, we were rude before, we offended you.”
But Sairi ignored them. Seeing her delicate face devoid of any joy, they finally realized that the girl before them might have become a different person.
Stopping beside Bilur, Sairi suddenly said, “You really like archery?”
“Ah… well…” Bilur began, but before she could finish, Sairi stomped on her knee and crushed it.
“Answer directly, no dodging.”
“Y-yes… I like archery.”
“You care deeply about your appearance, believe your beautiful body can attract others for profit, and you have done just that.”
“Yes, I care, and I have done it…”
“What! Bilur, you actually did that! Didn’t you say you were clean?” Salanto, lying on the ground, roared, only to be kicked in the face by Sairi.
“Shut up, disgusting.”
“You and your squad have harmed others for profit—deception, betrayal, seduction, ambush, manipulation, abandonment?”
“Answer me!” Sairi kicked Bilur again.
After hearing Bilur’s answer, Sairi ceased her questions, grabbed Bilur by the hair, and dragged her in front of Salanto.
Then, pulling out one of Bilur’s arrows, she drove it into Bilur’s body.
“Ah!!”
Bilur screamed in pain, but Sairi remained unmoved. The arrow stayed lodged, and more arrows pierced Bilur, impaling her body.
Flesh and blood exposed to the air, blood seeping out, the earth beneath Bilur darkened.
“Die.”
“Er…”
***
Sairi then applied force, driving an arrow straight into Bilur’s heart, causing unimaginable pain.
Bilur finally ceased breathing right in front of Salanto.
“Next, it’s your turn.”
Sairi lifted Sike Na’s Warhammer with one hand, but this time asked no questions—she swung it down on him repeatedly, the impact thundering.
To appear more humane, she first struck his head twice. The enormous Warhammer combined with Sairi’s current strength crushed Sike Na’s head—he was dead, utterly lifeless.
“Fool.”
Sike Na was already beyond salvation.
Sairi then approached Salanto.
“Miss, we were wrong just now. Please have mercy on us.”
Salanto raised his head, pleading with a flattering tone, hoping the girl would show mercy despite his permanent disability.
“Scoundrel.”
Sairi replied curtly with just two words, then aimed a powerful kick between Salanto’s legs.
“Ahhh!”
His anguished screams followed as Sairi mercilessly targeted his groin. Salanto’s future was utterly destroyed (if he could even live).
Feeling that wasn’t enough, Sairi smashed Sike Na’s Warhammer onto Salanto’s legs and pressed down, immobilizing him completely.
At the same time, Sairi raised her right foot, aimed for Salanto’s waist, and stomped hard.
A crisp sound echoed as Salanto lost control of his body, but excruciating pain ravaged his mind. Grabbing his other leg, Sairi pinned him to the ground and delivered a powerful kick.
“How do you like that?”
But Salanto was already dead from the beating, no longer able to respond.
“Hahaha, so this is the feeling. It’s truly delightful.”
Sairi spoke suddenly, a manic laugh bursting from her lips.
The sound was chilling, utterly unthinkable from the usually cheerful Sairi.
She crouched before Karim Said, a move that made him gasp for breath.
“Miss Sairi, could you please give me a chance to make amends? I admit I was blinded by fame and fortune, but I can change. I’m willing to donate my estate to everyone.”
Sairi remained cold, her expression dark.
“Please spare me; I have elders above me and young ones below—parents, in-laws, wife, children to care for. They’re still waiting for me.”
Karim Said twitched, begging with a flattering, humble tone.
“How are they living?”
Sairi finally responded.
“They live well! I give them large sums of money regularly and hold banquets to entertain guests! The children attend the best nearby schools.”
“Good.”
Sairi grabbed Karim Said by the hair and pulled him to his feet. His face was covered in dirt, snot, and tears—a disgusting sight.
Just as Karim Said was about to speak again, Sairi slapped him hard, silencing him.
She yanked his short hair and slammed him against the trunk of a large tree, then landed several punches with her small fists onto his chest.
Karim Said coughed up blood. His armor was torn away by her blows.
Suddenly, a metallic “jingle” sounded as an honor badge in the shape of a shield fell from the chest plate of his armor.
Curious, Sairi picked it up and saw a cross embossed on the front.
“What’s this?”
Sensing Sairi’s attention shifting, Karim Said hurried to explain.
“This is an Honor Badge, proving my identity. Miss Sairi, if you spare me, you may have it—allowing you free access to my estate and related places in the Royal Capital.”
Sairi examined the badge thoughtfully.
Just as she was about to speak, someone called her name from behind.
“Sairi! Are you alright?”
Turning, Sairi saw Hilvia running toward her, out of breath.
Wasn’t Hilvia supposed to be the Yongzhe? If Hilvia truly was the Yongzhe, why hadn’t she caught up to help? Why hadn’t she aided Sairi?
Sairi began to doubt Hilvia’s abilities.
“Sairi, are you alright? There was trouble over there.”
This made Sairi suspicious. Had Hilvia’s side also encountered difficulties?
“I’m fine, just ambushed by those scoundrels. By the way, what happened with the Magical Creatures?”
For the first time, a slight expression flickered across Sairi’s face, her tone softening from icy and harsh.
“We were cleaning up the Magical Creature corpses. I called out to you but got no response. Approaching, I found a puppet attacking me. When I realized the danger, I heard your shout and came here, but…”
“But?”
“Many high-ranking officers and soldiers ambushed me. There were also numerous troops around. They planned to trap us, but thankfully, they failed…”
At that moment, Sairi finally noticed Hilvia’s condition.
Her clothes were torn in several places; blood stained her face and garments.
She was gasping for breath, her clothes soaked in blood—and she radiated a power far stronger than when fighting Magical Creatures.
It seemed Hilvia had just endured a fierce battle, which made Sairi’s heart ache, considering how kind Hilvia had been to her.
Thinking this over, Sairi’s fury grew even greater. She should have tortured those four vermin more—it was too easy for them to die.
