Early in the morning, Bai Yao dragged her tired body out of bed and looked in the wardrobe for clothes to wear out today.

The local temperature had been fluctuating.

Although they were close, apart from Qiu Ye occasionally calling her ‘Yao Yao’, they didn’t really have any fixed endearments; they usually called each other by their given names.

“Old… husband?”

After getting ready, the two walked out side by side.

They arrived at the bus stop at the back gate of the school.

It was already the agreed time.

She looked around but didn’t see Gu Wanwan or the other classmates.

“Where is everyone?”

After a while, Gu Wanwan replied that she was still showering.

“What’s this? We agreed on a time in advance.”

Although Qiu Ye had only called him to go to the gym ten minutes before leaving, Lin Mingxin arrived even earlier than the agreed time.

“Why did you suddenly decide to work out?”

“Can you handle it?”
