Chapter 40: Unusually Quiet

Du She glanced at the fallen Liu Rui, wiped her hands, and looked at Xia Wa.

“I didn’t find another member of the Processing Bureau nearby. He might be alone, or his partner isn’t around for now.”

Sang Biao stepped forward, lifted Liu Rui with one hand, and shoved him into the car with a metallic thud.

The Amnesia Agent could make a person forget the last few hours of their memory.

It was very useful; it kept the group from being exposed without needing to kill anyone.

If she could model the movement, so could the other seven Destroyers.

Their plasma cannons shimmered with a faint light, waiting for the ignorant enemies!

Inside the villa, Jing Jing was suddenly at a loss and stood frozen in place.

Normally, she could contact Ms. Gu Yu through the network.

But now, the villa’s local area network was completely blocked by unknown means, forcing her to use physical means to warn Ms. Gu Yu.
