*Ding-ling!*
The crisp sound of a bell echoed through the coffee shop, and Vivi cautiously poked her head inside.
Seeing that Xia Yu was not at her workstation, she let out a long sigh of relief.
Just as she was thinking of sneaking in, a fragrant breeze brushed against her face, followed by a girl’s crisp voice.
“Little Sister Vivi, you’re back? Where have you been these past few days?”
Vivi’s body stiffened. She looked up and saw a brown-haired girl in a maid outfit standing in front of her, blocking most of her vision.
“Phew, Sister, you scared the life out of me.”
“Hmm? What are you afraid of?”
Vivi’s gaze inadvertently drifted toward the maid outfit the girl was wearing, and a faint blush crept onto her cheeks.
“Don’t worry about it, Sister. Is Sister Xia Yu not here?”
“Oh, you mean the Boss? She probably hasn’t woken up yet.”
Vivi glanced at the clock on the wall, her lip twitching slightly.
It was almost 9:00 AM. Was Xia Yu dead asleep in there? She was the owner of this coffee shop after all; did she really have such a strong sense of relaxation?
But on second thought, Xia Yu herself had said that opening the coffee shop was just for fun because she was bored. It was normal for her not to care much about it.
Regarding Vivi’s surprise, the shop assistant also looked quite helpless.
“Sigh, that’s just how the Boss is. We’re already used to it.”
Vivi clicked her tongue but said nothing.
She was here for a part-time job as a waitress, but in reality, she acted more like a little housekeeper for Xia Yu.
After all, the inner room of the coffee shop was off-limits to ordinary employees without Xia Yu’s permission.
Entering the inner room, she saw a beautiful silhouette sitting on the sofa.
Judging by Xia Yu’s appearance, she had likely just woken up and was still tidying her hair and face. She glanced back, and after seeing that it was Vivi, a beautiful curve formed on her lips.
“Vivi is here. Come, sit.”
Her tone was extremely gentle, even giving Vivi a sense of déjà vu, as if she were looking at Xiaxiaoling.
Vivi sensed a conspiracy, but since she was here to work, the woman couldn’t really do anything to her, right?
Comforting herself, she braced herself and sat down beside Xia Yu. Just as she was about to ask what was going on, she saw Xia Yu pull a bag of clothes from under the coffee table.
“Here, try these on.”
“Eh?!”
Vivi’s brain buzzed. She saw that the clothes were black and white and trimmed with a bit of lace.
This couldn’t be… a maid outfit!
“No! I won’t!”
“Oh? Does that mean someone doesn’t want those 800 yuan anymore?”
With tears in her eyes, Vivi stared at Xia Yu with deep resentment.

The door was closed. Once some things happened for the first time, it was very easy for them to happen a second time.
It seemed that her correction plan was quite successful so far. She wondered if Vivi would eventually grow to like wearing girls’ clothes.
Xia Yu leaned back comfortably on the sofa, leisurely sipping her tea.
Before long, Vivi walked out wearing the maid outfit.
The black-and-white maid outfit perfectly wrapped around her petite body.
The one-piece short skirt barely covered her thighs, and paired with a pair of white over-the-knee socks, her perfect leg shape was accentuated, appearing even more slender.
The white lace trim decorating the cuffs and collar added an extra touch of dainty cuteness to the little loli.
She took small, dainty steps, her hemline swaying gently with her movements, making Vivi’s heart skip a beat. She was terrified that if she made too large a movement, she would end up revealing too much.
As she moved, she could even feel a slight breeze blowing against her skin through the over-the-knee socks. It was a strange feeling—one she almost liked, but it made her feel even more ashamed.
Deep down, she still couldn’t accept these things.
Seeing Vivi dressed like this, Xia Yu’s eyes lit up.
This image was simply too perfect. She instinctively took out her phone and compared the girl to some 2D loli characters, suddenly feeling that those 2D characters were completely outclassed.
“Come here for a second, Vivi.”
“Ah? Wh… what’s wrong?”
Vivi was a bit timid, not daring to get too close to Xia Yu.
“Oh, what are you afraid of? I’m not going to eat you. Come here, let me take a picture of you.”
“From now on, the sign at the front of our shop belongs to you.”
“What!?”
As soon as those words came out, it immediately triggered Vivi’s strong opposition. Wearing this outfit was humiliating enough, and now Xia Yu wanted to hang her photo outside?
“No! I won’t! Sister Xia Yu is too mean!”
Perhaps influenced by the instincts of a slime girl, or perhaps due to the correction she had received from Xia Yu and the others lately, her words carried a hint of acting spoiled. This only made Xia Yu more excited.
“Come on, Vivi. Don’t be shy.”
“I don’t want to!”
“Think about it, Vivi. If I make you the shop’s mascot, will you ever lack for anything in the future?”
Damn it, those words hit Vivi right where it hurt.
She hesitated, opening her mouth only to close it again. In the end, she merely stared at Xia Yu with a resentful gaze and nodded silently.
A smug smile played across the corners of Xia Yu’s mouth. Her gaze inadvertently drifted toward the room where Vivi had just changed.
Making Vivi wear a maid outfit served two purposes: first, she could admire Vivi’s new form, and second, she could take this chance to see if she could find an opening.
If Vivi had left her phone in her old clothes, then Xia Yu could use the opportunity to scout out Vivi’s true situation.
Poor Vivi was being played like a fiddle in the palm of Xia Yu’s hand.
After taking a commemorative photo, Xia Yu nodded in satisfaction. She stared at her phone screen, unable to get enough of the view.
She couldn’t believe what kind of effect this photo would have once it was printed and placed at the door.
When the time came, many 2D fans would surely take notice of this place. Could her little coffee shop become a minor hit?
Full of anticipation for how the standee would turn out, she thought for a moment and sent the photo to someone, telling them to make the standee immediately.
Afterward, she casually set the photo as her screensaver and pretended to tidy herself up, while keeping a secret eye on Vivi out of the corner of her eye.
Vivi didn’t notice Xia Yu’s actions. She was simply completing her own task, which was tidying up the room. Although the room wasn’t really messy, this was her job, so she had to at least make an effort.
A moment later, Vivi felt the cleaning was mostly done and turned to leave.
It was at that moment that a slight curve formed on Xia Yu’s lips. Now that Vivi was gone, it was time for her to see what she could find.
Although she didn’t hold much hope—after all, people in modern times rarely left their phones behind—she still wanted to try. Just in case Vivi had left her phone in the clothes she had changed out of.
Standing at the door, Xia Yu took several deep breaths to prepare herself mentally. She pushed the door open, and a wave of yuri flower fragrance blew toward her.
