Before the Tea Party members could finish forming their spells, all the elemental magic was completely cut apart by the Lightless Sword Qi, as if balloons had been popped.
“Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang!”
After a one-second delay, crisp sounds of bones cracking echoed from the Tea Party members’ bodies.
Eight sword strikes in one second—each person’s head took a heavy blow, instantly leaving them battered and bleeding.
Some collapsed unconscious to the ground, while others clutched their heads, wailing in pain.
The only one still standing was the leading Tea Party senior.
It wasn’t luck; it was that Qingshamu had shown mercy.
Because Qingshamu had already circled behind her, the Iron Sword resting on her shoulder was poised to stab through at any moment.
“Spare me! I won’t dare do it again!” the Tea Party senior raised her hands in surrender.
“Clang!” Qingshamu, uninterested in her excuses, slammed the pommel of her sword against the woman’s neck, sending her sprawling to the ground.

After swiftly eliminating all threats, Qingshamu stepped over the fallen Tea Party members and returned to Bai Yuge and Feini, apologizing sincerely, “Sorry for dragging you both into this mess.”
“Unlock the Constraint Collar around my mother’s neck.” Bai Yuge was unyielding, raising her Wooden Sword to point at Qingshamu.
Though young, the child understood the core issue: the collar on her kind mother’s neck was the root of Evil Father’s oppression. It had to be removed to give her mother freedom.
But she knew she wouldn’t stand a chance against that despicable man, yet she had to try.
“Sorry, that is a hidden high-level magical artifact. It’s not that I don’t want to remove it, but I simply lack the ability. Only the Great Sage has the means to undo it,” Qingshamu replied.
“Just more lies layered on lies,” Feini sneered. “Forget it, child, let’s leave this place of trouble.”
“Stay away from us,” Bai Yuge said firmly.
Qingshamu wanted to say more, but seeing the fury and distrust burning in the child’s eyes, she had no choice but to step aside, watching them leave the rooftop with lingering reluctance.
Her expression then hardened, and she vented her frustration by pounding the still-conscious Tea Party members on the ground until they were knocked out cold.
……
After all the chaos, everyone still had to return to class.
Feini quickly recovered her usual mood—carefree, forgetting all worries, and eager to study.
But Bai Yuge and Qingshamu were both burdened with heavy thoughts, distracted during lessons, each nursing their own schemes.
Bai Yuge fretted over her helplessness; with her current combat ability, she couldn’t protect her mother nor confront the powerful Evil Father.
Qingshamu, meanwhile, pondered how to ease the tense parent-child relationship.
She had seen Feini’s stubborn nature firsthand—it was impossible to just give her money. Feini would rather die than become a beggar, truly a hard nut to crack.
And clearly, Bai Yuge had inherited her mother’s temperament—just as tough and unyielding, like a hissing cat.
In reality, Bai Yuge was calm and wise at home, her demeanor refined and gentle, but facing Evil Father turned her volatile and fiery.
After class, Feini hurriedly took Bai Yuge away.
Qingshamu, like a relentless stalker, decisively followed, glued to their heels like stubborn chewing gum.
Unlike the three of them rushing about, Ten-Step Hall and Xueyuedai were leisurely, staying behind in the classroom chatting for a while after school.
“Emma, Simon, please come out for a moment.”
Suddenly, a Tea Party companion approached the two with urgent news.
After hearing it, their expressions froze, and both instinctively glanced toward the far corner by the back door.
The trigger had been lit. The club war was about to erupt.
—————
Did Feini not yet realize the disaster heading her way?
She brought her daughter to the Advanced Beast Restaurant to sign up as a Delivery Worker again.
But this time, she didn’t need to rush to earn money; she could take it easy.
Feini just wanted something to do. Since they were in the Return Home Club with no club activities and no entertainment at the Demon God Academy after school, running deliveries was better than nothing.
“Feini, you finally decided to come back? We’ve been short-staffed lately—come help out,” the Restaurant Manager said, showing a much kinder face than usual.
The mother and daughter changed into their delivery uniforms in the locker room, but at that moment, a colleague appeared nearby, also changing.
“…”
“…”
Feini and Bai Yuge exchanged glances and immediately rolled their eyes in disbelief.
The new Delivery Worker was none other than Qingshamu.
Calling her persistent was an understatement—there was no shaking off her, no matter what.
She said she wouldn’t cause trouble, yet here she was again stirring up problems.
Still, their mood was more stable than last time. The mother and daughter merely showed disdain without any drastic reaction.
“What are you doing?” Feini said coldly. “Not going to your club activities after school?”
“I’m the last member of the Kendo Club. I do whatever I want. No one can restrict my freedom,” Qingshamu answered.
“Funny how you’re great at restricting other people’s freedom,” Feini scoffed.
That shut Qingshamu up, leaving her silent for a long while before she finally muttered, “I’ll find a way to unlock the collar.”
“Heh. You finally believe me now? I’ve told you, I don’t know who you’re after, and I’m already broken. I just want a peaceful life with the kids. I’m begging you—stay away from us,” Feini said in a nagging tone.
Her words contradicted herself—she’d talked about revenge before, but now just wanted peace.
No choice, Feini’s character was chaotic like that, always contradicting herself.
“I just want to try delivering,” Qingshamu offered a weak excuse.
“Short on money too?” Feini asked.
“Ahem, yeah, funds have been tight lately,” Qingshamu answered shamelessly.
“Aren’t you supposed to be doing your missions?” Feini saw through her—the girl was just freeloading and couldn’t be driven away.
“No rush,” Qingshamu waved dismissively, completely unbothered, even neglecting the tasks assigned by the state just to play stalker.
“Didn’t you say you wouldn’t play this pretend-friend game anymore?” Feini mocked, slamming the locker shut and turning away.
Qingshamu followed eagerly behind, never expecting that this game of make-believe would become reality.
The three collected their deliveries at the front desk and then headed out together.
Though the mother and daughter weren’t thrilled about going with Qingshamu, they couldn’t outrun or outfight her—what choice did they have?
Just then…
Ten-Step Hall and Xueyuedai arrived at the Advanced Beast Restaurant for lunch and spotted the three delivery workers laughing and joking from a distance.
